Terms of Service

1. Payment Terms

• All consulting fees must be paid in full and upfront prior to the commencement of services.
• The payment is non-refundable. If the applicant decides to discontinue the application process midway due to receiving an admission offer from a school or due to changes in career plans, the amount paid will not be refunded.

2. Scope of Services

• The consultant will provide guidance to help the applicant build the best possible application package. However, this service does not guarantee admission to any institution.
• The consultant will not draft essays or statements of purpose. The applicant is responsible for drafting these documents and submitting them to the consultant for review.
• The applicant must take the initiative to send essays and other materials for review for each school in accordance with application deadlines.

3. Applicant Responsibilities

• The applicant is responsible for adhering to application deadlines and ensuring timely submission of all required documents.
• The applicant must provide accurate and complete information in all application materials.
• The applicant should schedule and plan the submission of drafts to the consultant to accommodate a 24 to 48-hour turnaround time for edits/review.

4. Communication and Support

• All standard communication will be conducted via email unless otherwise agreed. In case of urgent matters or emergencies, you may contact me via WhatsApp between 9am to 9pm IST. Please note that responses outside these hours may be delayed.

5. Confidentiality

• All information shared between the consultant and the applicant will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The consultant shall not be held liable for any outcomes related to the admissions process, including but not limited to rejection from any institution.
• The consultant is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the application materials submitted by the applicant.

7. Engagement Validity

• The services outlined in the selected package must be availed within one year from the date of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Any extension beyond this period will be at the sole discretion of Aspire Admit and may be subject to an additional fee.
• This clause is intended to ensure structured and timely progress and maintain the quality of the service delivery.

8. Termination of Services

• The consultant reserves the right to terminate services if the applicant fails to adhere to the terms outlined in this agreement.

9. Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the consultant operates.

By engaging the consultant’s services, the applicant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
