How is it Different From YLP And Flagship PGP?

ISB’s Young Leader’s Programme (YLP) was a deferred admit/early entry program for high-achieving final-year undergraduate students. Accepted candidates got admission to the PGP and had to work for 20–24 months before joining the regular PGP.

Recently, ISB has discontinued YLP and replaced it with the PGP YL, which is a distinct, full-time, 20-month postgraduate programme with its own curriculum, structure, and cohort.

While the flagship PGP is designed for early to mid-career professionals with an average work experience of 5 years, the PGP YL addresses the needs of young professionals with zero or very little work experience.
